Process and Pricing

Our Process

During the initial phone interview we will discuss your needs and a free in home/business consultation will be scheduled at your convenience.  We offer day and evening consults and do our best to work around your schedule.

At our first meeting we will discuss your wishes in detail, view the space to be painted, take measurements and look over sample color possibilities. 

From there sample boards and/or mural sketches will be done in the colors and specifications agreed upon. When completed these are delivered to your home/business along with a price quote.

After approving the samples and price quote, a 30-50%deposit is required depending on the project and your personal circumstances.  This also reserves your start date as being next in line.

Faux Finish pricing

Faux finishes are priced by the square for ranging from 3$-$5 and can go up depending on the complexity of the finish (for example: one layer, several layers, applying texture, etc.) and the condition and height of the wall.

Murals and Tromp L’oeil Pricing

You may already have an idea of what you want from a photograph or pictures from a magazine.  However, if created drawings are needed, there is a $300 fee which is deducted from the mural price as it comes into fruition.

Usually murals prices start at $10-$20 per square foot and can go up depending on the complexity of the mural, the condition and height of the wall and/or ceiling.  Murals on canvas usually cost less as they are prepared and painted within our studio and then applied to the walls in the same process as wall paper.  These can be easily removed for reapplication anywhere or may be framed.
